General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder (133) is a truly remarkable product. First developed in 1970, it now has the unique distinction of being the most widely specified epoxy based construction product.

Essentially General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder (133) is a multi-purpose epoxy binder suitable for a wide variety of applications. This multi-purpose capability allows construction sites and maintenance teams to stock one product and still solves many problems.

General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder (133) is a solventless epoxy mortar or concrete binder designed for applications demanding high structural integrity and a proven history of successful use. General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder (133) offers low mixed viscosity, hydrophobic characteristics (bonds to wet surfaces) and fast hardening to produce mortars and concretes exhibiting excellent adhesion, high compressive and tensile strengths and exceptional resistance to the entry and passage of water and corrosive ions.

Epirez Non-Sag Epoxy Mortar Binder (633)
Non-Sag Epoxy Mortar Binder (633) is a solventless binder suitable for application to overhead, vertical or inclined surfaces. Non-Sag Epoxy Mortar Binder (633) can be applied to damp or wet surfaces. It combines the outstanding properties of General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder (133) with a non-sag consistency. Non-Sag Epoxy Mortar Binder (633) has been independently tested and meets the requirements of AS/NZS 4020 - 2002 for use in contact with potable water.

Sika AnchorFix-1 is a solvent and styrene free polyester based two component anchoring adhesive. The two parts found within a single cartridge and are mixed in one action through a static mixing nozzle.

Sikadur 42
Sikadur-42 is a 3-component pourable or castable grout, based on a solvent free epoxy resin and selected aggregates. Sikadur-42 cures to form a hardened mortar with excellent adhesion to many substrates. This combined with the product’s ease of application makes it ideally suited to site application.

As a grout for building and civil engineering application:

Sikadur 53
Sikadur-53 is a pourable high density mortar, based on a 2-component solvent free epoxy resin containing fine fillers. Sikadur-53 is highly insoluble in water and readily displaces water enabling it to be employed in wet and underwater applications.
Uses
Sikadur-53 may be used for underwater grouting work. Excellent adhesion to clean water immersed concrete, stone masonry, brick, wood or steel surfaces. Highly insoluble in water and safe for specialist diver use. Used for injection of cracks 0.5mm to 40mm wide under water (cracks not conducting a water flow under pressure). Ideal for pile jacketing using prepacked aggregate in formwork. Mixed with 30% by volume sand a high build paint is formed that is easy to apply under water.
Sikadur-53 may be used to grout starter bars and bolts for underwater construction work. The material may also be used as a bonding bridge for underwater concreting and as a pipeline jointing material.

Bostik Techflow Epoxy Grout
Bostik Techflow Epoxy Grout is a two part component, high performance, pre filled epoxy liquid, suitable for use as a pourable or trowellable grouting material and in bonding new to old concrete. Patchfix Coarse & Fine Fillers may be added to produce a trowellable high build mortar or a pourable flowable grout.

BASF Masterflow 622
Masterflow 622 is a solvent-free rapid hardening, high strength grout, based on modified epoxy resin and is designed for use as a precision, heavy duty chocking grout for engineering applications. It is supplied as a two component system consisting of epoxy resin, combined with inert fillers and the hardener, to produce a high viscosity flowable liquid grout.
Uses
  • Machinery with high dynamic loads and vibration.
  • Backing of steel liners of ore crushing machinery in mines and quarries.
  • In corrosive environments where chemicals, oils and solvents make cementitious grouts unsuitable.
  • Production line equipment that must resume operations with minimum downtime.
  • Machinery base plates, crane rails, anchor bolts, hold down bolts and heavy equipment where tensile strength greater than cementitious systems can provide are required.

  • Resistance to vibration and impact - particularly applicable where cycles of compression/ tension make cementitious grouts unsuitable

Masterflow 628 is a solvent free, multi purpose, high performance epoxy resin based grouting system designed for structural applications in adverse weather conditions. Masterflow 628 is supplied as a two part system with a high flow capability.

Parchem Conbextra EP
Conbextra EP is a range of epoxy resin based products designed for free-flow grouting of gaps from approximately 0.25 mm to 120 mm. Four grades of product are available.
Conbextra EP10 for grouting gaps ranging from 0.25 mm - 10 mm. It is a liquid system consisting of a base and hardener.
Conbextra EP40 for grouting gaps ranging from 10 mm - 40 mm.
Conbextra EP65 for grouting gaps ranging from 35 mm - 65 mm.
Conbextra EP120 is a low exotherm material which is particularly suitable where long working time is needed;
for large gaps (up to 120 mm) or for grouting at high ambient temperatures (up to 55°C).

   
Parchem Conbextra EPHT
Conbextra EPHT is a solvent free epoxy resin based product designed for free flow grouting of gap widths from 10 mm to 120 mm where high service temperatures are present. The components of Conbextra EPHT are supplied in the correct mix proportions designed for whole pack mixing so that flow and mechanical properties are consistent.

Applications include heavy duty supports beneath crane and transporter rails, high speed turbines and centrifuges, drop forges, reciprocating machinery and other operating or test equipment subject to heavy dynamic or repetitive loads.

Suitable for high temperature works up to 160°C.

Power Fasteners PF Pro
PF PRO epoxy injection adhesive is a new and improved two component structural epoxy packaged in a specially designed cartridge. The cartridge is made from an engineered plastic and is used with either a manual or pneumatically operated injection tool. The new epoxy is a low odour, premium, high strength pure epoxy, which contains low levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and has a proven track record. PF PRO has longer gel/working time and easier handling (extrudes better) when compared to Power-Fast®PLUS. PF PRO epoxy injection adhesive is designed for use

in anchoring threaded rod, bolts, and reinforcing bars into concrete and other solid base materials. PF PRO is fi re rated and details of this test program are available in the fire resistance section of this manual.

In addition to anchoring applications, PF PRO epoxy injection adhesive can be used for bonding steel and cured concrete to cured concrete. It can also be used for pick proofing applications and for surface sealing cracks in concrete.

applications as well as vertical ones. Unlike other systems on the market, one formulation is used for both solid and hollow applications, reducing the chances of job site installation errors. The fast curing characteristics of the AC100®PRO formulation make it ideal for use in a broad range of weather applications.
