Epirez Supaflow HF Grout
Supaflow HF is a free flowing cement based grout offering high performance and non-shrink characteristics. This product is suitable for pumping and pouring over a large range of application consistencies and temperatures.

It is supplied ready-to-use as a dry powdered product requiring only the addition of water to be used for application gap widths of 10-125mm. Supaflow HF is a dual expansion Class C Grout meeting the requirements of the U.S. Corps of Engineers CRD-C-621-83 for non-shrink grouts.

Hot Weather Class C Grout (380C) is a cement based, non-shrink, non-ferrous grout specifically designed to offer extended working time for all critical and general purpose grouting requirements, particularly in hot climates.

Hot Weather Class C Grout (380C) is supplied ready-to-use as a dry powdered product requiring only the addition of water.

Hot Weather Class C Grout (380C) is a precision grout meeting the requirements of the U.S. Corps of Engineers CRD-C-621-83 and Class ‘C’ according to SAA MP 20.3 for non-shrink grouts.

Techflow Grout GP is a high performance, high strength non-shrink dual expansion, and precision Class C cementitious grout. The highly fluid free flowing grout is a blend of Portland cement and graded aggregate which complies with US Corps of Engineers specification of non-shrink grout, CRD-C621-82A and ASTM C1107-91 (Type C). Dual expansion compensates for shrinkage in both plastic and hardened states. For grouting gap distances 10mm to 140mm in a single application.

Sika Grout 100 is a ready mixed, high strength, highly fluid Portland cement grout containing an admixture that compensates for the shrinkage normally associated with Portland based grout.

SikaGrout 212 HP is a ready mixed, high quality, Portland cement that expands in two stages to counteract the shrinkage normally associated with Portland cement grout.

SikaGrout 212 HP is a blend of Portland cement carefully selected aggregates & Sika Admixtures, enabling it to achieve high strengths in short times, making it suitable for grouting fixing bolts & anchors, or for bedding machinery in the most demanding of circumstances.

Conbextra HS is used for free flow precision grouting in a wide range of applications. These critical uses include heavy duty support beneath machine base plates and bridge bearings.

Conbextra HS, shrinkage compensated ultra high-strength cementitious precision grout, is supplied as a ready to use dry powder. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free-flowing precision grout for gap thicknesses up to 125 mm. In addition the low water requirement ensures high early strength and long term durability.

Conbextra HS is a blend of Portland cements, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in both the plastic and hardened states. The filler grading minimises segregation and bleeding over a wide range of application consistencies.

Maximum aggregate size for pumping is 2.5 mm.

Conbextra C is a general purpose, flowable, dual shrinkage compensated cementitious grout - (gaps 10 mm to 100 mm thickness) Conbextra C is a Type C Class, dual shrinkage control, cement based grout used for general purpose grouting where it is essential to eliminate shrinkage when completely filling the void between a base plate and a substrate. General purpose shrinkage compensated cementitious grout, is supplied as a ready to use dry powder. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a flowing shrinkage compensated grout for gap thicknesses from 10 mm up to 100 mm.

Conbextra C is a blend of Portland cement, specially graded fillers and additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic and hardened state whilst minimising water demand. The low water demand ensures high early strength. The graded filler is designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent, flowable grout. Maximum aggregate size for pumping is 0.3 mm.

Conbextra Deep Pour is a free flow precision grout for grouting gap applications ranging from 125 mm up to a maximum of 500 mm deep. Conbextra Deep Pour is formulated to minimise segregation and bleeding for deep grout pours.

Conbextra Deep Pour is a blend of Portland cements, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in both the plastic and hardened states. The filler grading minimises segregation and bleeding over a wide range of application consistencies. Maximum filler aggregate size contained in Conbextra Deep Pour is 5 mm.

Conbextra HES, rapid set high strength cementitious precision grout, is supplied as a ready to use powder. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free-flowing grout for gap thicknesses of 15 - 150 mm. In addition the low water requirement ensures high early strength and long term durability.

Conbextra HES is a blend of cements, graded aggregates and additives which impart controlled expansion in hardened state. The aggregate grading minimises segregation and bleeding over a wide range of application consistencies.
