Concrete Treatments - Repair - Epoxy Mortar
Product Description
General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder (133) is a solventless epoxy mortar or concrete binder designed for applications demanding high structural integrity and a proven history of successful use. General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder (133) offers low mixed viscosity, hydrophobic characteristics (bonds to wet surfaces) and fast hardening to produce mortars and concretes exhibiting excellent adhesion, high compressive and tensile strengths and exceptional resistance to the entry and passage of water and corrosive ions.
High strength mortars and concretes are conveniently prepared by combining General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder (133) and Epirez® Aggregates. General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder (133) has been independently tested and meets the requirements of AS/NZS 4020 - 2002 for use in contact with potable water. |
Non-Sag Epoxy Mortar Binder (633) is a solventless binder suitable for application to overhead, vertical or inclined surfaces. Non-Sag Epoxy Mortar Binder (633) can be applied to damp or wet surfaces. It combines the outstanding properties of General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder (133) with a non-sag consistency. Non-Sag Epoxy Mortar Binder (633) has been independently tested and meets the requirements of AS/NZS 4020 - 2002 for use in contact with potable water. |
Multi-Purpose Epoxy Concrete Repair (Multi II) is part of the EPIREZ® range of epoxy repair systems for use in the building and construction industry. It is designed to offer easy mixing and application as well as high strength. It features a non-sag paste-like consistency before hardening and is suitable for knifing or trowelling onto vertical and overhead surfaces. |
Sikadur-31 is a thixotropic adhesive mortar based on a two component, solvent free epoxy resin containing fillers. Sikadur-31 will bond and fill a wide variety of materials and may be used in both dry and damp conditions thereby providing an adhesive mortar ideally suited to site applications. It is available in three grades, rapid, normal and long pot life for low, medium and high ambient temperatures respectively. |
