Concrete Treatments - Treatment - Form Releasers
Product Description
Formol is a chemical release agent applied to concrete formwork. It is designed to act as a bond breaker between formwork or moulds & freshly placed concrete.
Formol can be used as a general purpose release agent on construction sites and can be used on timber, steel or fibreglass moulds and formwork |
Rheofinish 211 is a ready-to-use, water based, non-toxic surface consolidation agent with excellent form release properties. It has been specially formulated to reduce or eliminate surface imperfections in precast, prestressed and poured-in-place concrete, and to give easy and complete release of concrete when applied to most types of forms or form liners. Application to all types of formwork including wood, metal, polyester or plywood where a good surface finish and optimum release are required. Rheofinish 211 is not recommended for use on rubber lined forms and where rapid de-shuttering of forms (e.g. block making) is practised.
Rheofinish FR222 is a low viscosity, chemical release agent for all types of concrete formwork. Rheofinish FR222 reacts with the alkalis and water at the interface of the concrete and formwork to produce a thin film of lime soap which breaks the bond enabling the formwork to be readily stripped.
