Epirez Supaflow HF Grout
Supaflow HF is a free flowing cement based grout offering high performance and non-shrink characteristics. This product is suitable for pumping and pouring over a large range of application consistencies and temperatures.

It is supplied ready-to-use as a dry powdered product requiring only the addition of water to be used for application gap widths of 10-125mm. Supaflow HF is a dual expansion Class C Grout meeting the requirements of the U.S. Corps of Engineers CRD-C-621-83 for non-shrink grouts.

Epirez Superstrength Grout
Epirez® Super Strength Grout is a new version of the leading cement-based, non-metallic, non-shrink grouts available in the market place. It is a higher performing, multi use, general purpose, precision, construction grout specifically designed to offer extended working time for all critical and general purpose grouting requirements, particularly in Australian climatic conditions.

This product should be specified for construction site applications demanding higher performance over conventional construction grouts. Epirez® Super Strength Grout is supplied ready-to-use as a dry powdered product requiring only the addition of water to be used for a wide range of construction applications.

Epirez® Super Strength Grout is a plastic stage expansion, Class Z grout meeting the requirements of the U.S. Corps of Engineers CRD-C-621-83 for non-shrink grouts.

Sika Grout 100
Sika Grout 100 is a ready mixed, high strength, highly fluid Portland cement grout containing an admixture that compensates for the shrinkage normally associated with Portland based grout.

Uses

  • For applications where gas generation curing plastic expansion is undesirable e.g. hydrogen generation in underground mine applications.

BASF Masterflow 870
Masterflow 870 is a non shrink, natural aggregate precision grout with excellent high early and ultimate strengths. It is specially formulated to provide extended working time even at high ambient temperatures when mixed and placed at any recommended consistency. Masterflow 870 is normally placed at a flowable consistency to completely fill voids between 10mm and 100mm. Thicknesses greater than 100mm are possible with the addition of aggregate.

Uses

All precision, non shrink grouting applications with clearances of 10mm or more including:

  • Critical equipment baseplates, soleplates and columns.
  • Precast wall panels, beams, columns, structural building members and curtain walls.
  • Patching poured in place concrete structures e.g. honeycombing, using preplaced aggregate techniques.
  • Underpinning.
  • Concrete repair applications where a form and pour material is required.
  • Applications requiring high early compressive strengths and high ultimate compressive strengths
BASF Masterflow 880
Masterflow 880 is a non-shrink iron reinforced precision grout with high early and ultimate strengths. It is formulated to provide extended working time even at high ambient temperatures when mixed and placed at any recommended consistency. Masterflow 880 is normally placed at a flowable consistency to completely fill voids between 10mm and 100mm.

Uses

All precision, non-shrink grouting applications with clearances of 10mm or more, particularly those requiring maximum dynamic load bearing and impact resistance such as:

  • Critical equipment baseplates, soleplates & columns.
  • Crane rails, ball mills, crushers.
  • Rolling, stamping, drawing and finishing mills for the steel and aluminium industries.
  • Turbines, generators, pumps and centrifugal compressors.
  • Anchor bolts and bars
  • “H” shaped steel columns, steel tube columns.
  • Applications requiring high early compressive strengths and high ultimate compressive strengths.
Advantages

Parchem Conbextra HS
Conbextra HS, shrinkage compensated ultra high-strength cementitious precision grout, is supplied as a ready to use dry powder. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free-flowing precision grout for gap thicknesses up to 125 mm. In addition the low water requirement ensures high early strength and long term durability.

Conbextra HS is a blend of Portland cements, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in both the plastic and hardened states. The filler grading minimises segregation and bleeding over a wide range of application consistencies.

Maximum aggregate size for pumping is 2.5 mm.

Uses

Conbextra HS is used for free flow precision grouting in a wide range of applications. These critical uses include heavy duty support beneath machine base plates and bridge bearings.

The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free-flowing precision grout for gap thicknesses up to 500 mm. In addition the low water requirement ensures high early strength and long term durability.

Conbextra Deep Pour is a blend of Portland cements, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in both the plastic and hardened states. The filler grading minimises segregation and bleeding over a wide range of application consistencies.

Maximum filler aggregate size contained in Conbextra Deep Pour is 5 mm.

Uses

Conbextra Deep Pour is a free flow precision grout for grouting gap applications ranging from 125 mm up to a maximum of 500 mm deep. Conbextra Deep Pour is formulated to minimise segregation and bleeding for deep grout pours.
