Sealants - Saw Cut Sealants
Product Description
Saw Cut Sealant (D5-050) is specifically designed for sealing saw cut joints in concrete floors.
Saw Cut Sealant (D5-050) is available in an easy to use equal part mix ratio. Supplied as a black hardener and white compound, Saw Cut Sealant (D5-050) when properly mixed, is grey in colour and blends well with most concrete floors. Saw Cut Sealant (D5-050) gives support to the edges of saw cuts preventing chipping and will withstand up to 10% joint movement. When applied to most clean joint surfaces, no primer is required. Saw Cut Sealant (D5-050) will flow freely into a 5mm saw cut and does not require tooling. Uses

Control Joint Sealant (D5-070) is specifically designed for sealing construction and control joints in concrete.
The product is designed to absorb the shock of mechanical stress and traffic and will withstand up to 10% total joint movement. When applied to most clean joint surfaces, no primer is required. Control Joint Sealant (D5-070) is self-leveling and will flow smoothly into grooves without tooling. Flexible Non-Sag Epoxy Sealant (D5-070 NS), a Non-Sag version of Control Joint Sealant (D5-070), is available for sealing dissimilar materials (e.g. coving against sandwich panels) floor and wall control joints in inclined concrete structures. Joint Shield 5700 is a heavy duty, semi-rigid hybrid polyurea joint filler designed to fill and protect concrete joint edges and prevent sidewall spalling and chipping due to forklift traffic. Designed for use as a heavy duty joint filler for interior warehouse / industrial floors subject to heavy forklift traffic and loads.
Uses Joint Shield 5700 is commonly used as a:

Sikadur-51 is a 2-component joint sealant of a putty-like consistency based on flexible epoxy resins. After mixing it cures to form a tough but resilient sealant and patching compount.
Uses Sikadur-51 is used for sealing joints with little or no movement, particularly in heavy duty concrete floors and is often used in conjunction with Sikafloor epoxy systems. Sikadur-51 is also useful for sealing cracks in concrete. Advantages

Masterfill 300 is a semi-flexible, 100% solids epoxy joint sealant designed to protect stable internal joint edges and to prevent spalling due to traffic impact in control and relief joints in concrete floors. For tough slip or skid resistant coatings, Masterfill 300 may be applied with a broadcast of selected aggregate. Available in pourable grade.

Emer-Seal PU is an elastomeric joint sealant based on polyurethane technology. It uses a neutral cure system reacting on exposure to atmospheric moisture. When cured it forms a waterproof and durable seal, which makes it ideal for exterior applications. The slower skinning formulation of Emer-Seal allows long joints to be sealed without premature skin formation, particularly in warm, humid weather.
Uses: Sealing joints in concrete panels, fibrous cement products, external cladding panels, blockwork and brickwork. Also in sealing joints around aluminium and timber door and window frames and between metal. Also suitable for sealing sawn joints up to 10 mm wide in concrete floors and pavements. |
Emer-Seal PU25 is a high performance elastomeric joint sealant based on polyurethane technology. It uses a neutral cure system reacting on exposure to atmospheric moisture. When cured it forms a waterproof and durable seal, which makes it ideal for exterior applications.

Parchem Roadseal SL is a very low modulus, self-smoothing, one-part, gun applied, silicone joint sealant designed to effectively seal joints in concrete and asphalt roads, runways, carparks and pavements. The extra low modulus characteristics of Roadseal SL allow it to accommodate large cyclic joint movements of plus 100% and minus 50% in both concrete and asphalt pavements, while not generating high tensile stresses in weak asphalt substrates.
Roadseal SL is designed to be applied to joints between concrete pavements in order to prevent running
water from undermining the pavement. Roadseal SL also serves to prevent stones from being deposited in the joints which would otherwise lock the joints and restrict the free thermal movement of adjacent pavement segments.
Roadseal SL may be applied to the joints using a suitable sealant gun, and self-smooths after application thereby eliminating the need for tooling. This property makes Roadseal SL ideal as a slot sealant to encapsulate electrical signal and sensor cables which may be laid in sawn pavement joints.
