Concrete Treatments - Repair - Shot Crete
Product Description
SikaCem-Gunite-133 and SikaCrete-Gunite-103 are cement based one component repair mortars that cure to reduce water resistant, high strength mortars with excellent adhesion and greatly reduced water and carbon dioxide permeability. They are for mechanical application by dry shot guniting and contain no set accelerators. SikaCem-Gunite-133 is polymer modified. SikaCem-Gunite-103 is non polymer modified.
They are used for all mechanically applied concrete repair work using dry process guniting, including large repairs to reinforced concrete where there is corrosion of the reinforcement eg. bridges, viaducts, reservoirs, concrete walls, slab
soffits, etc. (The reinforcement being protected by SikaTop-110 EC), concrete repairs which require fast strength gain; offshore structures such as piers, quay walls, etc. and concrete repairs in thick layers with only one shot.

Shotpatch 20 is a ready-to-use, multi-component, cement based shotcrete mix. It is specially designed for civil and mining applications using either the wet or dry shotcreting systems. It is recommended for repairs to the underside of bridge decks, bridge
piers and beams, tunnels, sewer pipes, drains, sea walls, and culverts, protection of steel work e.g. fireproofing and tunnel linings and embankment stabilisation.
Shotpatch 20 has built-in factory quality control for uniform results, is easy to use - requires only the addition of potable
water for mixing or spraying, is economical - reduces handling and clean-up costs, easily pumped using the wet mix shotcrete system, has a good working time - over one hour at 21°C, can be used with Barra Emulsion AC acrylic-polymer bonding additive to provide increased bond strength and greatly reduced permeability and is shrinkage-compensated.
