Water Reactive PU Injection
Product Description
Prime-Flex 900XLV is a single component, hydrophilic, liquid polyurethane injection resin, with super-low viscosity, designed to seal leaks in concrete and masonry structures. When it contacts water, Prime-Flex 900 XLV expands up to 600% and forms a tough, flexible foam seal that can not be penetrated by water.
Prime-Flex 900 XLV conforms to ANSI / NSF Standard 61 Drinking Water Systems Components - Health Effects. Prime Flex 900 XLV has been proven successful in the following applications:
|
Prime-Flex 920 is a liquid, hydrophobic polyurethane injection resin designed to seal leaks and fill voids behind concrete and masonry structures. When mixed with catalyst and injected, it migrates through cracks, loose soil, and below-grade voids. As it comes in contact with water, the Prime-Flex920 begins to react and expands to form a tough, rigid foam seal that cannot be penetrated by water. Prime-Flex 920 is typically used to seal gushing leaks, fill voids, and stabilize soil.
It has proven successful in stopping water migration and stopping leaks in:

Prime-Flex 985 is a two-component polyurethane grout system that produces a strong, lightweight, rigid structural foam. Prime-Flex 985 can provide significant slab or structural support without the added weight loading of traditional cement grout. Prime-Flex 985 has excellent flow characteristics and is less moisture sensitive than many polyurethane resins.
Common uses include:

Prime-Flex Hydro Gel SX is a moisture-curing, hydrophilic polyurethane resin designed to stop
leaks in below-grade structures. It reacts with water to form either a watertight foam or impermeable gel depending on the water to Hydro Gel SX ratio (Range = 1:1 to 15:1). Prime-Flex Hydro Gel SX is used in below-grade structures to stop water leaks in cracks and joints. It is typically injected using a multi-ratio two part pumping system. In the presence of moisture, Hydro Gel SX remains flexible and retains its tenacious bond with concrete or masonry surfaces. Hydro Gel SX can also migrate to the outside of leaking cracks and joints forming a water tight curtain and helping to stabilize the surrounding soil. This makes Hydro Gel SX ideal for stopping leaks in manholes, sewer pipes, and utility vaults. Applications for Prime-Flex Hydro Gel SX include stopping leaks and sealing:

Prime Resins' Oakum is a fibrous twisted jute rope. It is used in conjunction with Prime-Flex resins to seal leaking joints, pipe penetrations, and conduits. Prime Resins' oakum is dry and unoiled to insure maximum absorption of Prime-Flex.
USES: Prime Resins' Oakum is used to permanently seal leaking joints and pipe penetrations. ADVANTAGES:

The Prime-Flex Grout Needle Assembly can be connected to either the "Single Shot" or "Quick Mix" cartridge. The assembly consists of a 300mm stainless steel grout needle attached to an 450mm flexible hose. It is used to :

SOIL PROBES
These strong, durable soil probes are constructed of high-strength stainless steel. Just screw them onto either 3/8” or ¾” pipe and drive them into the soil with a pneumatic driver. The resin flows through the pipe and out the holes drilled in the diffuser section of the probe. |
Masterflex 451 is a polyurethane injection foam used as a water-stopping injection grout (cut-off grout) for temporary sealing of cracks and voids, carrying pressing or non-pressing water. For permanent waterproofing, subsequent injection with Masterflex 801 is required.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
|
Masterflex 500 is a solvent free, water soluble injection gel for waterproofing concrete structures recommended for the injection and sealing of joints and cracks in concrete and stone against pressing and non-pressing water using injection packers.
|
Masterflex 801 is a multi-component, solvent free, water swelling vinyl ester based injection system that cures to form a flexible yet solid material with an excellent bond even to wet substrates. Depending on the degree of
availability of moisture, the cured system swells reversibly up to 120% of its volume to act as an effective and permanent seal against ingress of water. Masterflex 801 is recommended for sealing cracks, joints and crevices in concrete, rock and masonry to prevent water ingress. Applications include injection of:

Masterflex 900 is an advanced injection hose system for installation in construction joints, ready for subsequent
injection of cementitious or polymeric compounds to ensure watertightness. The hose construction is tough, flexible, resilient and chemically inert. It is not affected by low temperature and immersion in water. The unique hose has a solid blue inner core with a longitudinal injection hole. Three moulded grooves run along its length with a number of 3 mm diameter openings on each of them at 10 mm staggered intervals. Closed cell neoprene strips cover the three grooves and act as one way valves. The entire system is held together by a wide meshed nylon fabric sleeve. Masterflex 900 is recommended for use in construction joints in all structures, which need to be injection grouted to waterproof them, such as:
